In all my work, I see my role as a facilitator – I help clear the way for people in processes so they can keep going. As a therapist, I provide a gentle space for people to work through the challenges life throws at them. In leading group spaces, I create environments proven to give people opportunities to thrive in community.
It’s important to me to honor all of the parts of the people I’m given the honor to hold space for. I use a strengths-based, culturally-informed, person-centered approach to guide our time together. In both individual therapy and in group spaces, I often incorporate mindfulness practices, skills to strengthen the mind-body connection, and expressive arts because sometimes we need more than talk. In therapy, I also provide space to explore spirituality and its impact on the life of the people I work with if, and when, they are ready.
We are all whole people and none of us exist in a vacuum. I offer healing space that acknowledges these things and allows people to find their way back to rest and joy.
I am always honored to be invited into the lives of people during vulnerable times, and it a delight to witness the healing and growth of the people I work with. If you think you’d like us to work together, schedule a 15-minute consultation call and let’s chat!
