Many of us have learned how to survive through being harsh to ourselves and others, overthinking or worrying more than is necessary, or ignoring messages from our minds and bodies about what we need. Mindfulness practice can help to restore a deeper connection with the self and allow us to access more ease and find more joy in our lives.
Join us for these monthly one-hour sessions to focus on getting reconnected with yourself.
These sessions are open for adults and occur on the 1st Wednesday of the month via Zoom. Registration closes the Monday before.
